BIM goes beyond the planning and design phase of the project, extending throughout the building life cycle, supporting processes including cost management, construction management, project management and facility operation. Therefore BEEBIMBAP exists to provide services to the building construction industry. Building owners, general contractors, and construction managers require our services to reduce risk, manage costs, and optimize schedules on complex building projects through the usage of various Software such as Archicad, Glodon, Telka, Synchro, Solid work and other necessary software that are required to meet the needs of the clients.

BIM Manager

Teck Poh

Teck poh has 10 years of health project experience on mid-to-large scale projects. He is experience in leading teams utilizing BIM applications and other bim softwares.

BIM Coordinator

Zhi Yi

Zhi yi has 7 years of experience as a Bim Coordinator. She has experience in establishing resource level requirements for a given project and setup the architectural team employing internal and external resources, coordination with customers' design team.

Long Lin

Long Lin has 5 years of experience in Management of multiple construction projects; experience within a large capital improvement program and familiarity with relevant Public Codes. He is also experience in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) Knowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, to include master planning, design and closeout.

Alicia

Alicia has 5 years of experience in Study of Construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/ site issues. She is also familiarise with the local regulations too and coordinating of sub-contractor's work and ensuring that the work on site is on schedule.

Yun Sol

Yun Sol has 4 years of experience in the construction industry. He had handled numerous big projects in Korea with stakeholders demanding high energy efficiency. He is also an editor in the Green Energy Magazine. He also coordinate with onsite personnel to ensure site equipment and monitoring is conducted in accordance with application regulations and permit requirements.

Lam Shimin Joanna

Joanna has 6 years of working experience in a Quantity Surveying firm, participating in projects of all sizes and levels of complexity involving BIM. She is fully integrated into the built environment and contributes to projects with an in-depth knowledge of cost management. With her experience, she is able to provide clients with a BIM solution based on their specifications.

Li Bing possesses 7 years of experience managing multiple construction projects within a large capital improvement program. She is experience in utilizing a Business Information Modeling (BIM) and able to manage construction management processes, methods and deliverables.
