Our Design

Original Plan
​
The design shown on the left is the design of the various room built in the SDE 2 of National University of Singapore. These rendered photos are done and rendered using the Archicad Software. It is designed based on the original design of the rooms. The function of the rooms are classrooms as well as a room for research purposes.
 
Hope the viewers will find the designs' aesthetics prominent and appealing.
 
Proposal Plan A
​

The design shown on the left is the modified version of the same room built in the SDE 2 of National University of Singapore as mention above.  

 

These design is  base on a  proposal by our client to take over part of the corridor to optimise soace for BIM lab use. In addition, our client requested for removal of part of partition. Furthermore, there is a need to remove wall to have bigger space for BIM Lab.

 

Also, our client wanted the Research Centre to be renovated as BIM Centre Admin Office. Therefore, our team designed in accordance with the client's request. Some of the examples shown on the left are Meeting room, BIM Lab, Research Area and etc.  

 

The style is created in such a way that all the elements are arranged in a distinctive design and pattern that will cater to the function of the rooms and need of the occupants

Proposal Plan B
​

The design shown on the left is another proposal requested by our client.

 

However, our team is given the freedom to design the room in accordance to our preferences. A detail analysis is done and scrutinized to ensure the function of the room does not interfere or result in disturbance to the other room. Therefore it is of paramount importance to know the various function of the rooms.

 

With the understanding on the usage of the rooms, our team have designed out in terms of  space management and other factors to look into the comfort of the users  when occupying the room.

 

Hope the viewers like the composition, the balance, colors and perspective of the rooms being designed.

Final Piece
​

Art is the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power.

 

However the design shown on the left is a NEW BUILDING known as SDE2. It is not just a piece of Art but comprises of sweat and toil of countless days and nights scrutinizing on the design base on many perspectives and considerations. Examples are Energy analysis, Light analysis, Structural Analysis and others.  

 

Other considerations such as Space Management, Ergonomics, Social Distance and  relevant Code of Practices are taken into account too.

 

Countless changes and Finally, the Final Piece known as SDE2 is completed with distinctive design to minimise the energy usage through taking advantage of the nature such as Wind.

 

With this much rendering being done, our team want others to see the beauty we see in it.
